Procedure to Create an Online Survey

If you do not want to screen participants:

 

1. Create a personal Website (e.g., using Google Sites) to post the participant information sheet

 

1.1 Add the link to 3 (i.e., the online survey)

 

2. Create another personal Website (e.g., using Google Sites) to post the participant debrief form

 

2.1 Add the link to 1 (i.e., the participant information sheet)

 

3. Create the online survey using Microsoft Form launched from your university account

 

3.1 Add the participant consent form first, then all the questions of your online survey

 

3.2 In the thank you message add the link to 2 (i.e., the participant debrief form) 

 

 

You will advertise your study on SONA and/or social network providing the link to 1 (i.e., the participant information sheet)

 

 

If you want to screen participants:

 

1. Create a personal Website (e.g., using Google Sites) to post the participant information sheet

 

1.1 Add the link to 3 (i.e., the screening survey)

 

2. Create another personal Website (e.g., using Google Sites) to post the participant debrief form

 

2.1 Add the link to 1 (i.e., the participant information sheet)

 

3. Create the screening survey using personal Google Forms

 

3.1 For participants who satisfy the screening criterion, add the link to 4 (i.e., the online survey) in the thank you message

 

4. Create the online survey using Microsoft Form launched from your university account

 

4.1 Add the participant consent form first, then all the questions of your online survey

 

4.2 In the thank you message add the link to 2 (i.e., the participant debrief form)
