9th Polish-Spanish Conference on the European Legal Tradition
Administration, Welfare State And Socioeconomic Policies: Roman Roots And Modern Institutions 

which will be held on 

April 27, 2018 

at the

Universitat Jaume I (UJI) in Castellón, Spain

The topic of this confernce is aimed at analyzing and promoting interdisciplinary studies on welfare administration and policies, and the analysis of experiences and cases of special interest. It intends to contribute to stimulate the debate on the theoretical and empirical models of public management, as well as on the processes of transformation of the governmental action scenarios. 

Keeping its identity, the meeting continues to pursue the objectives of promoting analytical reflection in the field of public policies and prioritizing the applicability and usefulness of studies on them from a historical perspective, starting from the Roman roots of the institutions.

Conference fee
The conference fee is 60€ (aprox. 250 PLN) payable until 31 March 2018. 
* Reduced conference fee for students: 25€ (aprox. 104 PLN) payable until 31 March 2018. Students must prove their status by attaching at the application form a copy of the enrollment at the university relatet to the current academic year 2017-2018.

The amount of the conference fee covers the costs of conference materials, meals during the conference and publishing reviewed monograph. The organizers invite all speakers to participate in this publication initiative. The conference fee does not cover the costs of accommodation, which every conference participant bears on his own.

Notice for students' participation:

As observed in the program, the intervention of students from the organizing and participant institutions is scheduled in the afternoon session.

Students must submit their proposals with the same application form as the rest of the participants.

The contributions presented by students and evaluated by the scientific committee, will be published in issue corresponding to year 2019 of the ELSA Spain Law Review -http: //lawreview.elsa-spain.org/-. The editorial requirements are those established by the review.
