HOUSE CLEARANCES
- Full or part house clearances undertaken in an efficient and professional manner;
- We use our own and if necessary sub-contract specialist vehicles for collection of items;
- All goods fully insured both in transit and at our premises;
- Unsaleable goods taken to an authorised waste disposal facility by our licensed waste carrier;
- Proceeds of sale are held in a clients' account until the net amount is paid out (usually ten days after the auction);
- Detailed statement of account is supplied showing prices realised for each lot as well as full details of removal costs and sales commission.
- Collection and delivery of vehicles.
