If you do not have access to a fully functional copy of Sequencher, you can download a demo version at http://www.genecodes.com/download/external-tools-download. The demo model will allow you to view and edit files, just not save them.
Note: Geneious is much better at aligning whole chloroplast genomes, but Sequencher does a better job matching primer locations.
