What Is DECA?
DECA is an organization that works to improve education and career opportunities for students interested in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. DECA does this in not only all 50 states, but in Germany, Spain, China, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, and Canada as well, with over 150,000 students worldwide last year - 150 of which were from Pinnacle DECA, one of the biggest student organizations on campus.
DECA teaches students marketing and management skills that are vital in today’s business world, through competitive events, leadership events, conferences, and retreats, along with on-campus activities. As a bonus - it looks great on college applications too!

Pinnacle DECA was established in 2007, and ever since, it has been flourishing into one of the largest and most active chapters in the state of Arizona.
Throughout the year, Pinnacle DECA attends leadership conferences, single-day development workshops, and most importantly, business competitions. This allows students to build friendships and meet new people from across Arizona, nationwide, and even the world! With over 200,000 members internationally, DECA is recognized as a prestigious organization by colleges and businesses alike making it a fantastic resume builder.
