Troubleshooting - this program only needs two plug-ins from Microsoft. If you cannot start the Dex, please make sure you installed the following two plug-ins on your PC:

1) x86 version of Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (even if you have the x64 version installed already)

2) Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (even if you have 4.0 or higher installed already)
