二十世紀香港，民生政治對立，官商勾結嚴重，商界政界混入了魔界妖邪，化身人界，利用人界貪婪、私利、權力身分以圖製造妖界新世紀，破壞天地人間定下之天規定律。天界派遣＜暴力之神＞合併人界力量，以兩界代表，使用天規法則、人界定律以外，以暴滅妖，收拾人界妖邪，回複三界界律．．．．．．．
