The seasonal renting is proposed from 2 to 7 overnight stays. For more than a week stay, the price will
be negotiated.
The overnight stay price is:
- 25 € for 1 or 2 persons, + 5 € per additional person (2 additional persons maximum)
Are included all the services: sheets for beds, bath towels (renewed every two days), all the equipments
(percolator, toaster, iron, hair drier, aspiratory) and cleaning products, the public visitor's tax as well as
the cleaning after departure.
Before arrival, a rental contract and an inventory of fixtures will be established, and a security deposit (25%
for stay cost from 100€) required.
The apartment is "non-smoking".
The apartment can accommodate with 2 adults (double bed in the bedroom) and eventually 2 children
for a short stay (sofa bed in the leaving room, and way to the bathroom crossing the room).
A parking space for car is available.
