SINDH MADRESSATUL ISLAM UNIVERSITY (SMIU)
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) and Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), Karachi on September 17, 2015. Worthy Vice-Chancellor, PIDE Dr. Asad Zaman signed the MOU on behalf of PIDE. Through this PIDE and SMIU are agreed on collaboration in academic, research and industry linkage related activities and also agree to cooperate in the following activities:
Exchange of faculty members, research personnel, and graduate and under graduate students for study and research
Joint educational, training and research activities
Participation in seminars and academic meetings
Exchange of Administrative Managers/Coordinators
Training and Development of administrative and academic staff
Exchange of invitations in fields of interest to both parties
Online Lectures during semesters
Knowledge sharing on research, innovation and commercialization
Joint cultural Programmes
