Know this Stuff

This is still a Men's only event, but all are welcome to occasional observe us working under dangerous conditions.

Special note for visiting individuals younger than 21: This is a very hazardous environment. There is alcohol, fire, boiling water, tubs of cold water, giant fans, electricity, knifes, scissors, glass, Habaneros, Jalapenos, flying cukes, and guys being guys.

*Pickle Limit* - Maximum of 4 cases (48 jars) of pickles per guy.
*Bean Limit* - Maximum of 6 jars of beans per guy. $4 a jar - Max of $24 for 6 jars. Bring clean wide mouth jars for your beans.
Cost - The cost is $125 per guy for 2 cases of pickles and BBQ for your family.

If you are making more than 2 cases, each additional case is $40. If you RSVP for 3 cases, it is $165. For 4 cases, it is $205. Remember - No more than 4 cases.

*NEW Process* - Due to the size of the event and union workers, we are requiring that you pay in advance. Payment is due before August 10th.
Bring Wide Mouth Jars - You need to bring your own "Wide-Mouth" jars (already cleaned) and rings for wide mouth jars for the amount of wide mouth jars you making. New wide mouth lids are required. We strongly encourage buying new wide mouth jars at Bi-Mart, because they usually have best price on "wide-mouth" jars. They continue to go up in price! Note: I used the word "Wide-Mouth" several times in this bullet point. Think it is important?
