Vangelis' Prelude

Prelude is a piece on the 1995 album Voices by Vangelis. Music from that album was used in the soundtrack for the 1998 documentary Deep Seas, Deep Secrets co-produced by The Learning Channel and Discovery Channel.

Vangelis (born in 1943) is a Greek musician, and composer of electronic, jazz, pop-rock and orchestral music. He has composed the music for more than fifty albums. Vangelis is probably best known for his scores for the movies 1492: Conquest of Paradise, Blade Runner, and Chariots of Fire, the latter of which won an Academy Award. Some music critics consider him to be one of the greatest living composers of electronic music.
