Tabarly (soundtrack)

Composed by Yann Tiersen and released in 2008, Tabarly is the original soundtrack album for the documentary movie with the same name. Tiersen serves as a pianist and guitarist in the album. Naval is the second track of the album.

Guillaume Yann Tiersen (born in 1970) is a French musician and composer. His musical style, particularly when he employs toy and folk instruments, is similar to Penguin Cafe Orchestra and Pascal Comelade, but his more serious work is reminiscent of Frédéric Chopin, Erik Satie, Philip Glass and Michael Nyman.
