Sad Romance

Sad Romance is from the 2003 Korean drama 저 푸른 초원위에 ("Over the Green Fields"). It starred Chae Lim, Choi Su-jong, and Yun Tae-young. The drama aired on TV in 52 one-hour episodes.

"Sad Romance" is popular as a sad love song. There are versions for voice, violin, and now piano solo.
