Pride and Prejudice
Pride and Prejudice is a novel by Jane Austen, first published in 1813. The novel has been successfully adapted to film, television, theater.
The tutorial pieces here are based on the soundtrack of the 2005 film "Pride and Prejudice." Dario Marianelli composed the music, pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet and the English Chamber Orchestra performed.
The soundtrack was nominated for an Academy Award (Original Score). It won two World Soundtrack Awards (Soundtrack and Soundtrack Composer of the Year), and a European Film Award (Best Composer).
