Linus and Lucy

Written by Vince Guaraldi, Linus and Lucy is a popular jazz piano tune used in many of the Peanuts animated television specials. It was released in 1964 on the Vince Guaraldi Trio's album Jazz Impressions of a Boy Named Charlie Brown.

Written and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz (1922 - 2000), Peanuts is an American comic strip that ran from 1950 to 2000, with subsequent reruns. It is one of the most popular and influential comic strips ever.

Vince Guaraldi (1928 - 1976) was an American jazz musician and pianist noted for his innovative compositions and arrangements, and for composing music for the Peanuts animations. His compositions for It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown include The Great Pumpkin Waltz, Breathless, Graveyard Theme, Trick Or Treat, The Red Baron, and Fanfare.
