Written by Timothy Atack and the singer Des'ree, Kissing You is a song sung by Des'ree in the 1996 film Romeo + Juliet. The song was included on the film's soundtrack album and on Des'ree's third studio album Supernatural (1998). The instrumentation consists of only a piano and strings.
Released as a single in 1997, Kissing You appeared on the ARIA Singles Chart and the UK Singles Chart. The song has been covered by Beyoncé Knowles (2007), Taylor Dayne (2008), and Stan Walker (2010).
