Hey Arnold

Parents' Day is a special half-hour episode (Episode 84, from 2001) in the Hey Arnold!television series, an American animated series that aired from 1996 to 2004 on the Nickelodeon television network. Jim Lang's Musical-Theme for the End-Credits of Parents' Day is a popular piece available on YouTube and in MP3-format.

Jim Lang is an American composer and actor. In addition to his work in the "Hey Arnold!"television series, Lang's music has been used in the Disney animated series LLoyd in Space, and in Ron Howard's movies The Paper, Ransom, and ED TV. His numerous record credits include a series of collaborations with the band Eels' writer/producer Mark Everett (aka "E").
