Fairy Tale

Composed by Michael Wong, the song Fairy Tale (童话 or Tong Hua) is a single from his album with the same name. The song ranked number-one on the Baidu 500 for fifteen weeks in 2005. Fairy Tale was perhaps the most successful Chinese-language song in the years between 2,000 and 2,011.

Michael Wong (王光良 or Wáng Guāngliáng), born in 1970, is a Malaysian-Chinese singer, composer, and actor. His 2,002 album Ray of Light (光芒 or Guāng Máng) was a big success in Taiwan, and his 2,005 album Fairy Tale is his best-selling album. He has been featured as an actor in movies, as well as television and stage dramas.
