Everybody's Changing

Everybody's Changing is a song composed and performed by the rock-band Keane on its album Hopes and Fears. The 2004 release ranked number-4 on the UK Singles Chart. The song is also used in the television series In Plain Sight, and in the episode My Day At The Races of the Scrubs television series. In 2006, Everybody's Changing was rated number-79 on the top 100 greatest songs of all time by the The Sun, a monthly American magazine of essays, interviews, short stories, poems, and photography. The same year, English singer Lily Allen recorded a cover of the song on her single Littlest Things.

Known for using a piano (or a synth) as the lead instrument instead of guitars, Keane is an English rock-band formed in 1997. Their albums, Hopes and Fears (2004) and Perfect Symmetry (2008) were voted by readers of Q magazine as among the best British albums ever, with Keane, The Beatles, Oasis, and Radiohead the only artists having two albums in the top 20. Keane's 2010 album Night Train placed number-1 on the UK Chart and number-25 on the Billboard 200 US chart.
