Bach Little Preludes

The Little Preludes, BWV 924–943, are pieces included in Johann Sebastian Bach's collection of keyboard pieces Klavierbüchlein für Wilhelm Friedemann Bach. Johann Sebastian compiled the collection for his oldest son, Wilhelm Friedemann Bach. Most of the pieces were composed by Johann Sebastian Bach and are better known as parts of his Well-Tempered Clavier and the Inventions and Sinfonias. The authorship of some of the other pieces is debated; and, in fact, some of the Little Preludes, especially BWV 925, BWV 931, and BWV 932, are sometimes attributed to Wilhelm Friedemann Bach.

The music of Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 - 1750) is one of humanity's greatest treasures. It is unsurpassed in its expression of profound reverence for life, and in its depth and diversity of ideas and feelings. It provides boundless joy to listeners and performers.
