All Shook Up

Written by Otis Blackwell, All Shook Up is a song popularized by Elvis Presley's famous 1957 recording, which is certified 2X Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, and, in 2004, was ranked #352 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

The song was recorded by David Hill in 1956. It has been covered by several artists, including Billy Joel whose version was used in the 1991 movie Honeymoon in Vegas and was a popular single in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Otis Blackwell (1932 – 2002) was an American singer and pianist, and one of the greatest R&B songwriters. His compositions include Fever, Great Balls of Fire, Breathless, Don't Be Cruel, All Shook Up, Return to Sender, and Handy Man. He was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1986, and into the National Academy of Popular Music's Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1991.
