With the financial & volunteer backing of the PTO, we enhance the educational & extra-curricular experiences of our students. Your contribution of $10.00 per family supports our efforts; in addition, you will receive our email newsletter of school happenings & voting privileges at meetings.
EVERY DOLLAR WE EARN GOES DIRECTLY BACK TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL.

You can join the PTO online (submitting the form will take you to Paypal where you can pay via credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account) or Download Membership Form (print and send a check via mail).

Where Does The Money Go/What do we do?
During the 2023-24 School Year, the PTO has supported & will support the following:
~Catered & hosted Welcome Back Breakfast for the teachers & staff
~Provided donuts & milk for Senior Sunrise
~Purchased gift card for Principal Appreciation
~Supported Thanksgiving food drive with donation
~Filled Salvation Army Holiday Angel Gift Wishlist
~Purchased hand soap for all 19 staff bathrooms
~Purchased items for Staff & Teacher Wishlist, including photo printer & grill
~Decorated/bought treats/cake for Teacher/Staff of the Year Recognition
~Sold donated candy & spirit items at Sports Nite Concession Stands
~Catered Spring Teacher & Staff Appreciation Luncheon for 400 people in both PHS East & West
~Hosted candy/water booth at Senior Picnic
~Donated to Senior Prom & ran the coat check area
~Ran coat check & volunteers for Freshman, Sophomore dances
~Donated to Mini-Thon
~Catered and hosted luncheon for teacher/staff appreciation day

What PTO Volunteers Are Needed For:
Please check your e-mail often for shout-outs for help from the Pennsbury High School PTO.
***Remember, you never have to have a child in the grade that is ‘asking’ for help.***
Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Parent grade representatives (2 per grade)
Working in the coat check & food donations for 9th & 10th grade dances
Sports Nite (volunteering to work concessions & spirit wear sales)
Prom (painting, food service, coat check, ticket sales, silverware rolling…ongoing through June)
Get involved in school activities and learn what's going on at the high school!
If you are interested in helping out in any of the above areas, please write it on the bottom of your registration form and we will contact you. You can also contact us directly, pennsburypto@gmail.com.

Clearances for All Volunteers
The well-being and safety of all students are a top priority in the Pennsbury School District. Please be aware that parents who volunteer in the school must obtain a background check/clearance in advance.
All clearances are being approved through APP GARDEN, click here. No clearances will be accepted by school personel. HERE is the school's web page regarding clearances.
