Respect

What does it mean to show someone respect? Webster's dictionary defines it as honor, consideration, politeness, and courtesy. It sounds like a good thing to me.

Respect should start at home with your parents. After all, without them where would you be? If you have a problem respecting your parents, you will have problems respecting each other as well.

In general everyone deserves respect from one another. It is the right way to behave.

Doesn't it upset you when someone disrespects you? You know it does, so why do you disrespect others? WE need to all learn to treat people the way we want them to treat us, with RESPECT!

Start developing a habit of respect, by showing other people that you have good manners. Don't be rude, say excuse me, please, thank you, don't call people names. The list goes on and on.

The word would be a better place if we all would show each other respect.
