• Responsible for editorial text and television studio training requirements for around 300 journalists and editors.

• Running all aspects of the annual Graduate Trainee Programme, from selection and recruitment, to a 10 week initial training period and constant assessment during their one year trainee year.

• Working with local and overseas universities for hiring for the Graduate Trainee Programme and the Internship Programme.

• Selecting Graduates and Interns from hundreds of applications and assigning Interns to desks.

• Mentoring and generally looking after those on the Graduate and Intern Programmes.

• One-on-one mentoring and coaching for underperforming members of staff.
