The final exam for our section is Sunday, December 13, 7-10 pm, in Biological Sciences room 111.
Part IV of the syllabus (vector calculus) constitutes 40% of the final exam; parts I, II, and III each constitute 20%.
No calculator, notes, or other resources are allowed.
Resources for studying:
The syllabus provides an outline of all the topics on the final exam.
My lecture notes, our homework assignments, and the textbook (which contains many practice problems) are all good resources for studying.
All instructors' midterm tests are posted on the joint Sakai site. See also our section's midterm tests page.
Professor Clark Bray's website contains many past exams as well as study tips (main website; past exams page).
Note: None of these midterm tests should not be interpreted as "practice tests," but they should give you some idea of what tests in Math 212 are like. I recommend that you avoid looking at the solutions as much as possible to practice solving problems on your own.
