This stage of his career coincided with the introduction of computers, which seemed far more exciting, and Peter acquired the necessary skills to set up his own specialist software company. He developed a niche in management reporting applications written in visual basic, for some major companies. Whitbread, Bulmers, Visa International among the few.

During this period Peter became involved helping small and medium sized companies, and when visual basic was eventually replaced by html he decided to become a business coach and mentor in 2012.

Before this time he had become fascinated with the challenge of communicating more effectively and became an NLP practitioner 2009. This training and subsequent experience led eventually to him mastering a range of influence and persuasion techniques which are the basis of his intense one-day masterclasses and his webinars.

When not working Peter enjoys being with his increasingly large family. However he is known to sneak away and enjoy a good book or two. He has a reputation of being a bit of a history buff and is consequently tempted to liven up a meeting with a quote or two.
