Jayne Robinson is owner and proprietor of Pet Concierge. Along with partner Jeremy, Jayne specialises in Puppy care support, Dog Training focusing on Separation Anxiety, Fear Aggression, Socialisation, Environmental Conditioning, Puppy Development

Sophie D is a full time Senior Pet Care Assistant and supports Jayne with day to day business, puppycare, training and cat care

Sandra has been a part of the team for many years and is a part time Pet Care Assistant and focuses on solo dog walking  and cat care

Diane is a part time Pet Care Assistant and walks some of our eldest and more frail dogs.  Diane is Jayne's Mum and has worked for Pet Concierge since 2010! Together with Jayne's Dad John they also held a Boarding Licence for Home from Home Boarding for several years (now retired from it)

Debra is a prime time Pet Care Assistant and dog walks in Ellesmere Port and Eastham. Debra has a long-term relationship with us as we cared for her Cocker Spaniel Cromwell for many years, she sadly lost him in 2024 but we have many happy memories of him

Anne is a part time Pet Care Assistant and walks dogs very large and very small! Anne also has a long-term relationship with us as we cared for her Jack x Patt Brodie for many years. He still enjoys adventures and is pals with many of our current dogs still

Bridgette is a full time Pet Care Assistant and dog walks in Ellesmere Port with a focus on the social element for our dogs

Emma is a full time Pet Care Assistant who had her own dog walking round whilst living in Europe. She too dog walks in Ellesmere Port with a focus on social time. Emma also provides cat care

Sophie P is a full time Pet Care Assistant and is hoping to study dog training with Sophie D and Jayne in 2025

We are a fabulous team with years of canine and feline expertise. We have all had careers away from Pet Care and we bring many many skills to each day. We a regular with our pet first aid and support each other as well as all our dogs!
