The Pepco company - Pine Electronic Products Co. Ltd. - was established in Montreal, Canada. It would have been created by Saul Pinchuk and operated with his two sons. They were assembling everything by hand in their shop, on Craig street (now St-Antoine street), downtown, near the old Montreal area.
They started with some small 5 watt amps, made mostly from japanese parts. Some of the first models didn't use any power transformer. They were around in the 60' and 70'
They build amps for a lot of different customers. The Pine Electronic brand was their own but you'll also find their products under the names: Paul, Cobra, Imperial (?), Supreme, Marlin, Regal, Symphonic (?), Arc, Lark, Riviera, Rogue, etc...
