The Bridgewood Homeowners Association's objectives and purpose are:
To encourage and assist resident homeowners of Bridgewood Homeowners Association in all dealings and negotiations with management, relative to any facet of management/homeowner relationships.
To help resident homeowners in understanding and using their rights and privileges, as well as their obligations
To promote the general welfare of all homeowners.
