Each .rar folder below contains 200 files.
There are 100 .xml files that contain each instance identified by the two terms IN# and TIME#. There are 5 IN ids ranging from 0 to 4 and reflecting different geographic locations of the jobs within the same overarching geography -- BUS, IO, or RR. There are 20 TIME ids ranging from 0 to 19 and reflecting different time realizations for the pre-announced time window, the call-in time, and the actual time-window associated with each job.
There are 100 .tex files that contain a tixz illustration of the job distributions across the 100x100 square of the instance. The circle nodes denote pickup locations and the triangles denote drop offs. The lower the node label the earlier the job.
