Opportunities for interested students and scholars
If you are interested in our work, and find scientific research intriguing and fun, drop in an e-mail with your detailed CV and I will let you know about all the possibilities. We always have openings for bright and motivated researchers at our group.
For Post-doctoral Research Fellowships
Scholars interested in Post-doctoral Fellowships are most welcome to write to me with their CVs. Interested scholars can apply to IIT Kharagpur for the Institute funded PDF positions. Scholars can also apply through externally funded PDF positions (such as the NPDF scheme by SERB, schemes bu UGC, etc.).
Links to some well-known funded PDF schemes:
Institute Post-doctoral Fellowship by IIT Kharagpur
National Post doctoral Fellowship (NPDF) by SERB

For PhD Positions
Scholars interested in a PhD are most welcome to write to me with their CVs. Our lab always has opening for multiple PhD scholars. Interested candidates may apply to IIT Kharagpur for the MHRD funded PhD position. IIT conducts such PhD admissions twice a year (link below):

For UG/PG Research
We are always open to B.Tech and M.Tech students who would like to pursue their research works with our group. However, we do not host short-term internship students. UG/PG students interested in long term research internships over online interactions or in-person interactions (1/2/3 years) are most welcome to e-mail me with their CVs.
The nature of qualification (scientific or technical) does not matter as long as you are dedicated to research and enjoy doing it, inquisitive and curious about the Universe around you, self motivated to come up with novel and fascinating ideas by yourself, and more than happy to leave your academic 'zones of comfort'. I will be really delighted to guide/mentor and host such scholars at our group/lab.
