This Privacy Statement relates to the RMRAccess mobile application ("The App")
The App does not track, store, or upload any personal information. The App accesses the D4H database and displays that information to the user. Only login information required to access D4H is stored in The App. The App also implements a To Do list based on a shared Google spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is owned by the organization that the user belongs to and only information that the user enters into the notes field and the account number of the user that entered the information is stored in the spreadsheet. Required privacy policy information is as follows:
Data Accessed. The App does not access any user data, other than displaying their name and information about their activities which is maintained in the D4H database. The app does not access any data from Google other than To Do spreadsheet information.
Data Usage: The App does not use any user data other than to display it on the screen.
Data Sharing: The App does not share any user data
Data Storage And Protection: The App may cache certain information from the D4H database to improve response time.
Data Retention: At anytime the user can click on the "Logout" button, which erases all stored data in the app and removes the connection with the D4H and Google sheets backends.
The App may use third-party services (e.g., D4H, Sentry) that have their own privacy policies. These services may collect limited technical data to provide App functionality as part of their standard operations. The third-party services in use on the App include:
We implement technical safeguards to promote secure operation and protect the integrity of the App, technical data, and any optional user-generated content (e.g., notes or added text).
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App.
