Learning clinical neuroscience is critical to dynamic development of new skills and acquiring information by young doctors. No matter what your future specialty will be you will still need updated information on multitude of neuro-oriented topics from diagnosing and treatment of pain syndromes to diagnosis of stroke and determination of death. Here is a repository of research and review papers available in public repositories that will help you find the answers and learn neurology.

Review Based Neurology is a cutting-edge concept of knowledge dissemination among medical students and neurology residents community. It contains links to the latest reviews on neurology related issues published in neurological journals.
This is something you were looking for for quite some time. Regularly updated neurology textbook based on recent review papers published in professional journals. The idea came from three sources: (1) the debate on free access to medical papers, (2) outdated information published in relatively new textbooks, and (3) databases of links to open-source resources.
There are three basic sources of knowledge in medicine: (1) journals, (2) textbooks and (3) lectures. Some of them are unavailable, some are expensive and other even though cutting-edge are hard to follow. Thats why probably the best source of up-to-date information is a compilation of recent review papers available in *.pdf format. All you need is out there... guidelines, perspectives, classifications, epidemiology, treatment and management. You just have to find it! From now on you can just visit Review Based Neurology [RBN] and you can find links to all of them. Download them from your university library or contact the author and ask for pdf reprint via email.
2013-11-02 - Looks like this idea was not for that time (2005) - really limited interest

Paper published in Neurology 2007 from Hirtz et al. give interesting insight into methodology behind establishing incidence and prevalence of neurological disorders.
Nature Clinical Practice Neurology presents review articele on diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (pdf).
Paper by Gary Gallia, Daniele Rigamonti and Michael Williams from Johns Hopkins Hospital, Adult Hydrocephalus Program in Baltimore reviews current medical literature and summarizes clinical symptoms (a)gait impairment, (b)cognitive decline and (c)urinary incontinence, and typical presentation (a)ventriculomegaly and (b)absence of elevated cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure.
Nature Clinical Practice Neurology is yet another journal that will provide a forum for cutting-edge reviews and original papers in clinical neurology.

Neurodegeneration can affect the brain and behavior in many ways and you have to be prepared to know the differential diagnosis for each syndrome, know how to manage the patient and his family, inform them about genetic risk factors and treat the patient.

There are many diagnostic tests used in neurology and it might be a bit difficult to manage it in just one section.
For practical purposes we can divide them into
(1) Electrodiagnostic studies - EEG, EMG, NCS, EP
(2) Neuroimaging - CT, MRI, SPECT, PET, US
(3) CSF examination - LP and biochemistry
(4) Neuropsychology
(5) Genetic testing
Each one will have its separate section.
Neurological examination
This section is about how do you examine a patient with neurological disease and what conclusion can you draw on the basis of your examination.
Take a look at the www.neuroexam.com it will show you how to conduct basic neurological examination.
