I am an economist and Director of EMEA & APAC Economic Research at Indeed, the world's largest job site.
I am also a Research Fellow at Regent's Park College at the University of Oxford and a member of the Research Advisory Board at Open For Business. I hold a PhD in economics from the University of Oxford.
My research uses Indeed's proprietary data and publicly available sources to study labour market trends, the role of gender, politics and sexual orientation in the workplace, and the impact of technology on the future of work. My work has been widely covered by the media.
Previously, I spent a decade in investment banking, working in risk management, credit ratings advisory, treasury, and regulatory roles in London and New York.
