Thank you for visiting my homepage!

I am Assistant Professor in Economics (German: Juniorprofessor, W1) at the University of Bonn.

My broad interests include macroeconomics and public finance. 

In my research, I introduce political economy models of government taxation into structural macroeconomic models. This allows me to study how tax policies, income inequality, and political inequality interact over time.
