Thank you for visiting my homepage!

I received my PhD in Economics from the
European University Institute in June 2016My thesis supervisors were Árpád Ábrahám and Andrea Mattozzi. My thesis summary is here.

I am currently a visiting fellow at the Wisconsin School of Business. My advisor is Dean Corbae.

My broad interests include macroeconomics, public finance and political economy.

In my research, I introduce political economy models of government taxation into structural macroeconomic models. This allows me to study how tax policies, income inequality and political inequality interact over time.

I will be available for interviews at the AEA meetings in January 2018.
