Terms and Conditions

Definitions

The Company shall mean Paul Stanley Fencing.

The Customer shall mean any party entering into a contract with the Company for supply and installation of goods.

The Supplier shall mean anyone supplying materials to the company.

General

Any contract between Company and Customer must be accepted in writing.

The Company shall provide all labour and materials necessary to carry out works to appropriate standards unless prior agreement between Company and Customer is made for part or all of works.

All relevant health and safety will be carried out in accordance with HSE laws.

Pricing

All prices quoted are open for acceptance for thirty days from date of quotation after which a review with Suppliers may be necessary due to market conditions. Any change would be notified in writing.

Quotation is for work to be carried out as per specification and any changes or extra work may be charged at relevant rates subject to agreement in writing by both parties.

Delivery

Works shall be carried out within one month of agreed start date but may be changed if Supplier delays delivery. Customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Title/Risk

Title shall pass to Customer only upon full payment being received by Company.

Risk shall pass to Customer when goods or part thereof are delivered to site.

Payment

The Customer agrees to pay the Company for all works carried out and accepted in purchase order plus any other works that are agreed between parties necessary to complete contract.

Stage payments will be made by Customer to cover materials as agreed pre contract.

All payments to be completed within fourteen days of invoice date.

Cancellation

Cancellation will only be accepted by the Company on condition that all costs and expenses incurred to that time are paid in full.

Waste

The Company shall remove all waste created from works upon completion, soil may be disposed of onsite if appropriate otherwise will also be removed to registered waste site.

Reinstatement

The Company shall reinstate any property as necessary that was damaged during works to previous condition.

Law

Any contract entered into shall be governed by English Law and the courts.
