We have tried to make things as simple as possible.
We set out our payment terms in writing clearly before we start work.
Once you have accepted our quote we will send you a booking confirmation letter and quotation acceptance with payment/work terms, invoice schedule and a cancellation form.
It is important that you ensure that you are happy with the quotation that you are accepting including work listed, types/finishes/colours of paint and payment terms before you sign the quotation acceptance. Changing the colour/type or finish of your paint will cost you money once it has been ordered and/or applied!
Standard payment terms are that a deposit payment should be received by 5pm 7 days before we start work. The balance payment is required by 5pm the day after completion.
You can choose to pay in any combination of ways that works for you. A payment schedule will be clearly outlined with your booking confirmation.

visa and mastercard payments. (conditions apply. Please ask for details)
Alternative payment terms can/will sometimes be negotiated at our discretion before works commence, but will be put in writing to be agreed and signed by both parties.
To keep our prices competitive we ask that you please keep to the payment terms. Unfortunately we have to add administration fees if you do not pay when you say you will and we reserve the right to withdraw any discount offered.
If you feel you will be unable to pay within the times stated on your invoice for any reason please talk to us before we start work or as soon as possible.
Payment is due in every circumstance! We always pursue non and late payments as we rely on prompt payment to pay our own bills!

If you ever feel something isn't going quite right please talk to us! We will aim to work with you in line with your terms and conditions. If things still are not right then please put your comments in writing.
Our payment terms are always written at the bottom of every quote and invoice for your convenience. If you need to discuss this further, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
We do have a debt recovery procedure for late/non payment of invoice and all non payments are pursued.
