Parking Essentials
Each resident receives two parking passes for their unit, one primary and one secondary. Only cars displaying primary parking passes may park in the lot between 10 pm and 8 am. Cars displaying secondary parking permits are only permitted to park in spots identified with green stripes from 10 pm to 8 am. Read the guidelines on parking courtesy. Parking rules are enforced, from 10 PM to 8 AM, 7 days a week. Parking Tags must hang visibly from the rear-view mirror or on dashboard. Parking in a secondary spot is limited to 5 consecutive days. Parking in a secondary spot is limited to no more than 20 days out of a consecutive 30 days. *Although alternating vehicles in one spot changes the physical vehicle, it does not restart either the 5 day or 20 day count as the same parking pass is used and is subject to towing and/or a violation charge. Please try to park in a spot that is close to your building so other residents are not affected. Please park on the same side of 7th Road where your unit is located. Taking away spots on the other side can lead to other residents parking a very far distance from their unit. Do not change your parking habits due to inclement weather.
