Tuning the Ukulele

There are two main ways to tune a Ukulele: D6 tuning and C6 tuning.

At Parkland we use the C6 tuning. This means the 4th string (the closest to your face) is an G. The 3rd string is a C. The 2nd string is an E and the bottom string or 1st string is an A.
