Spring Break

posted Apr 22, 2014, 2:46 AM by Jeffery Agyekum Adjei   [ updated Apr 22, 2014, 3:20 AM ]

I had a lovely spring break. I spent most of my time with my son Kyle. On the week days we went to the Legon mall and hang out at the play area of the EPP Book Store. Kyle loved going up and down the slides, and playing with the balls at the bottom of them. On Easter Sunday we went to Lloyd's Beach and had a blast playing on the beach!

How We Express Ourselves

For this unit of inquiry, my second graders had a fun time taking photos of different facial expressions in Photo Booth, then blogged about them individually on their personal websites. Their interest in this writing activity was remarkable!!! Similarly they created different mood compositions in GarageBand and also blogged about them.
