Many parents are trying to reduce their children’s sedentary screen time and get them develop fine motor skills, dexterity, creativity, imagination, verbal and non-verbal communication. Our practice pads offer plenty of play and fun while developing these skills.

Our practice pads enable children to improve scissor skills and develop fine motor skills in an interesting way through playing.

Being able to cut paper with scissors is a very useful activity because it develops and improves fine motor skills in children. The activity is challenging and fun for children but it can also pose problems. In addition to learning how to hold scissors in one hand, children learn how to open and close the blades, snip in a specified direction, improve hand-eye coordination.

Once the shapes and figures given in the pads have been cut and assembled, they can be used in very interesting follow-up activity – a character play. Children can use figures to dramatize fairy tales, fables or stories created in their imagination. Children particulary show their creativity when they are deeply engaged in a play.

Our practice pads can be used in preschools and primary schools (as a material for art lessons, workshops in after-school care programmes, traffic safety workshops …).
