Grazie ai contatti con Istituti di credito nazionali ed internazionali, possiamo sostenere i nostri progetti con molteplici forme di finanziamento, individuando la soluzione più adatta alle esigenze del cliente.

Possiamo richiedere di finanziare fino all'importo totale dell'intervento, con una durata flessibile (fino a 10 anni) ed una rata che non peserà sul bilancio familiare o della vostra attività, perché sarà coperta con i risparmi energetici conseguiti.

Titoli di Efficienza Energetica (T.E.E.)

I T.E.E. sono certificazioni che attestano l'efficienza energetica raggiunta con i progetti realizzati, in relazione alle soluzioni tecniche adottate ed al risparmio energetico garantito da queste ultime.

Questi “certificati” hanno un valore economico e possono essere negoziati da soggetti accreditati presso il G.S.E. (Gestore Servizi Energetici). Orlando Engineering ha questa possibilità e può scontare il valore dei T.E.E. ottenuti dal vostro progetto sul costo dello stesso.

Through contacts with italian and international banks, we can support our  projects with multiple forms of financing, identifying the best solution to meet customer needs.

We may require to finance up to the total amount of the intervention, with a flexible duration (up to 10 years) and an installment that does not affect your family budget or your business, because it will be covered with the energy savings achieved.

Energy Efficiency Certificates (T.E.E.)

The T.E.E. are a certification of the energy efficiency achieved with the projects, in relation to the technical solutions and to the energy savings assured.

These "Certificates" have an economic value and can be traded by persons accredited by the GSE (Italian Public Energy Services Management Organization). Orlando Engineering has this possibility and it can discount the value of T.E.E. obtained from your project on the cost of the same.
