Named after our grandmother, (Pancha is a nickname for Francis) we've been family owned and operated for 37+ years. The oldest business in town that can say that. We've been named the best dive bar in the bay area by a number of publications. Don't expect the normal wine country experience here. We are who we are and don't put up with any bullshit.
