The Boy Scouts of America's goal is to instill in our young men the values of the Scout Oath and Law to prepare then to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes; and to prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law.

Cub scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service. Through activities, and the requirements of each cub scout badge of rank, cub scouting aims to guide our cub scouts in citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness; all of which lead into preparing our boys to become boy scouts.
