Cub Scouting helps boys and girls become lifelong learners and to make age-appropriate character connections with their activities. Scouting affirms the value of hard work, honesty, fairness, courage, honor, and respect for others and the environment.
Parents play an important role in the pack by being scout leaders, committee members, event planners, and encouraging and supporting their scouts.
Scouts have multiple fun and easy fundraising outlets to help them cover scouting-related expenses like uniforms, dues, activity fees, and summer camp.
Pack 363 is part of a year-round, family oriented program by Scouts BSA called Cub Scouting. We have served the Parker area since 2010 and are chartered by American Legion Post #1864. We welcome both boys and girls from Prairie Crossing Elementary, Cherokee Trail Elementary, and children from other schools and neighborhoods nearby. Cub Scouts accommodates children from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our meetings are usually held Monday evenings. Boys and girls meet in small groups called dens 2-3 times per month. The whole pack gets together about once a month for a pack meeting where the scouts receive their recognition awards and enjoy fun and engaging activities. Rank advancement generally follows the school year.
Pack 363 is one of the many packs and troops in Douglas County that together are included in the Black Feather District which is in turn part of the Denver Area Council.
