About

Pack 31 is comprised of boys and girls, mostly from Corl Street and Easterly Parkway Elementary Schools but also from Radio Park, Park Forest and Gray's Woods.

Our regular meeting place is at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church at 250 East College Ave, State College.

We are chartered by the State College / Downtown Rotary Club.
