Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 1115!
We’re thrilled to have you and your family join our Scouting adventure. Pack 1115 is part of the National Capital Area Council (NCAC) and proudly chartered by First Baptist Church of Springfield in Springfield, Virginia.
Cub Scouting is more than just an activity—it’s an experience that builds character, citizenship, and life skills in a fun and welcoming environment. We welcome boys from Kindergarten through 5th grade, and organize them into small groups called Dens based on school grade. We are not a coed pack, but First Baptist Church of Springfield also charters a American Heritage Girls group that meets most Mondays during the pack's meetings.

What We Do:

Pack 1115 provides a wide range of exciting and enriching activities:
Monthly Pack Meetings: Fun and interactive gatherings for all Scouts and their families
Den Meetings: Smaller, grade-specific meetings to complete rank-specific adventures
Camping Trips: Family-friendly overnight and day camps
Pinewood Derby: Design, build, and race wooden cars
Community Service: Food drives, cleanups, and helping those in need
Field Trips and Hikes: Learning and adventure in the great outdoors
Blue & Gold Banquet: Our annual celebration of Scouting achievements

Pack 1115 is volunteer-led, with parents and guardians playing a vital role in making the program a success. You don’t need prior Scouting experience to get involved—we provide training and support.

Our Pack is based in Springfield, VA, and most of our events are hosted at:
First Baptist Church of Springfield
7300 Gary Street
Springfield, VA 22150
or nearby parks and community spaces.
Meetings usually follow the Fairfax County Public School calendar, with most activities held in the evenings or on weekends.
