Pacific Heights Improvement Association (PHIA) is our legal name.  However, because Shaker Heights is very much included in our group, we normally refer to ourselves as Pacific/Shaker Heights Improvement Association (PSHIA)

Our neighborhood association exists to create a sense of community, get to know our neighbors, organize periodic events, and work for causes beneficial to the protection and betterment of the neighborhood in which we live.
