Welcome to Paavani's Ramayanam Page.

Narrated by Paavani Vasa in 2011, this English version of the Ramayana is based on Valmiki's original text, as well as the Adhyatma Ramayana published by the Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.

It was Paavani's own idea to begin this endeavour, and with encouragement from everyone, he completed the book a few days before this eighth birthday in 2011. This text was narrated by Paavani after he listened to his mother explain the story one chapter at a time. All words and sentence formations are his own. This electronic copy is based on the audio recordings of Paavani narrating the Ramayana.

Paavani enjoys the Sundaraa Kandam most, as it features Hanuman, his favourite God. He has been listening to the Hanuman Chalisa from birth and has a great fondness for the bravery and strength displayed by Hanuman.

This work is dedicated to Hanuman -- the eternal guru.
